Brad has over 30 years of experience running trust companies. He serves as Chairman and CEO of the Midwest Family of Companies which include:

He has also served as a commercial banker, a partner in a law firm, and has taught law classes.

Biography

Responsible for merger and acquisitions, oversight for corporate administration including: accounting, compliance, human resources, legal and technology, real estate management, strategic planning, and process improvements.

Stacey has over 30 years of experience in the business community beginning as a CPA with a Big 4 firm with expertise in financial services and progressing to senior management roles in the manufacturing and publishing industries before joining MTC Holding Corporation in 2009.
